I have received my gift damaged or defective, what now?

We are very sorry to learn that the gift you ordered was unfortunately broken upon receipt. In this case you can upload photos of the product on mijntinteling.nl, we will process the photos of the defective product within two working days. You will then receive a new copy or you will receive your points back so that you can make a different choice.

Report a return to Tintelingen:

  • Go to the webshop (www.mijntinteling.nl) and log in
  • A pop-up will appear on the screen
  • Click on report return / report problem
  • Then click on the reason for the return: 'defective item received' and upload photos of the damaged gift and provide an explanation.
  • Within 2 working days you will receive an email from our customer service whether you can return the product or whether you can immediately choose another gift.
