I have received the wrong gift, what now?

Sorry that you received the wrong gift! You can return the gift free of charge *. As soon as we have received the return shipment in our logistics center, we will still send you the correct item. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Report a return to Tintelingen:

  1. Go to the webshop (www.mijntinteling.nl) and log in
  2. A pop-up will appear on the screen
  3. Click on report return / report problem
  4. Then click on the reason for the return: 'exchange another item'
  5. You must add the return form to the return shipment and return it via the instructions on the return form
  6. Keep the track & trace proof until the return has been processed

* Note: Return shipments from outside the Netherlands are for your own account. Only returns within the Netherlands, sent via PostNL to the freepost number of Tintelingen are without additional costs.
