How can I return/exchange my order?

We are very sorry to learn that the gift you ordered unfortunately did not fully meet your wishes and that you wish to exchange it. In this case, you can return the gift to our logistics center free of charge. As soon as we have received the return shipment in our logistics center, we will reactivate your login details and notify you by e-mail.

Report a return to Tintelingen:

  1. Go to the webshop (www.mijntinteling.nl) and log in
  2. A pop-up will appear on the screen
  3. Click on report return / report problem
  4. Then click the reason for the return and download the return form
  5. You must add the return form to the return shipment and return it via the instructions on the return form
  6. Keep the track & trace proof until the return has been processed

* Please note: you can only exchange physical gifts. It is not possible to exchange experience vouchers or gift cards.

* Please note: Return shipments from outside the Netherlands are for your own account. Only returns within the Netherlands are without additional costs.

* NB: Unfortunately it can take up to several weeks in the months of December and January before we receive returns in our warehouse. We can only restore your points credit after processing your return. Keep an eye on the end date of the order period, if the webshop closes in less than a week, send an email with the track & trace code of the return shipment to service@tintelingen.nl. Then we will provide a solution.
