For security reasons, gift cards are usually sent without value and you must activate the gift card upon receipt. You can do the activation in two easy steps:
- Go to tintelingengiftcards.nl/activeren and enter the card number here. With a physical gift card it is on the back of the gift card and with a digital gift card below the barcode
- You will receive an activation link by e-mail. Click on the link and your gift card is immediately activated and ready to use
You can check the balance after activation of the gift card. It may take some time (up to 1 hour) for the gift card issuer's systems to process the activation. Until then, the balance will be 50 or you will see an error message. In that case, come back a little later to check again.
Note: gift cards from Perfect Marketing, Weekendjeweg.nl and H&M are sent activated. These are immediately ready for use.
