As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, your order will receive the status 'Processed & shipped'. At the same time you will also receive an email with the track & trace code of your package. You will receive your chosen gift within 1 to 2 days.
If your order concerns a physical gift card or physical experience voucher that fits through the letterbox, you will not receive a track & trace code. You will receive the gift within 5 working days after it has received the status 'Processed & Sent' in the letterbox.
For delivery outside the Netherlands, the delivery period can be a few days longer.
